First Use: Exploring Member ManagementΒΆ

This tutorial introduces the Member Management Portal for first-time users.

  1. Log in to ReactorCX and access the Member Management section.
  2. Use the search bar to locate a member.
  3. Drill down into a member record to view details.
  4. Explore tabs for rewards, tiers, segments, and more.

Notes

  • Editing member details is possible from both the list and detail views.
  • Transactions are immutable; changes require new activities.
