Welcome to the ReactorCX Program Administration Guide.

This guide provides detailed information regarding ReactorCX (RCX) program administration and set up which enables end users to configure and manage a wide range of features to implement a loyalty program using a simple point-and-click interface.

The Program Administration Guide covers everything from defining programs and policies, to authoring and testing rules, and managing eligibility criteria for rewards and offers. It explains how to use the Flow Composer for visual orchestration of rule execution, and provides step-by-step instructions for modeling streaks, configuring discounting engines, and setting up tier and purse policies. Each section is designed to help you efficiently set up and maintain your loyalty program, ensuring that rewards, tiers, and offers are delivered to the right members at the right time.

Intended Audience

The intended audience includes administrators, marketing managers, or individuals responsible for the setup, configuration, and maintenance of ReactorCX.

Overview of Programs

A loyalty program offers rewards to customers based on how they interact with a company. Customers purchasing goods and services represent the most common type of interaction, however, ReactorCX can execute rules on a variety of non-purchase behaviors, as long as they can be sent to ReactorCX from the point of interaction via one of the supported ways to integrate with RCX.

A well designed loyalty program is not just about rewarding your repeat customers, but it is also a channel that can strengthen customer relationships, as it generates actionable data. This data can be used to implement sophisticated relationship marketing, segmentation and targeting, as well as ways to capture and incentivize different types of customer behaviors.
