Create a Partner Admin

Create a Partner AdminΒΆ

To create a partner administrative user:

  1. Click Partners in the left navigation pane. The Partners list view opens.
  2. Find the partner you want to add an admin user for:
    • Search for the partner by name.
    • Filter partners by name, type, the user who last updated the partner.
  3. Click the partner to highlight it in the list.

  4. Scroll down to the Partner Admins section and click + Create Partner Admins.

  5. Fill in the required fields.

    Field Definitions
    Name *
    The name of the person to act as a partner administrator. The field accepts letters, numbers, and special characters, such as @, ., +, -, and _. Spaces aren't permitted.
    Email *
    The email address for the partner administrator.
    Role *
    The role for the partner administrator. When you select a role, FeedXChange displays the resources for which the role has create, read, update, or delete permissions.

    Note

    To change the permissions for a role, consult the ReactorCX Security Administration Guide.

  6. Click Save in the upper right corner. The partner admin user receives an email inviting them to create a password for the account.

    Important

    This is a time-sensitive invitation. If a password isn't created within two hours, the invitation expires.

    If the invitation expires, you can reinvite the user to be a partner admin by first deleting the existing partner admin account for that email address.
