Edit a Partner

Edit a PartnerΒΆ

To change a partner's details:

  1. Click Partners in the left navigation pane. The Partners list view opens.
  2. Find the partner you want to edit:
    • Search for the partner by name.
    • Filter partners by name, type, the user who last updated the partner.
  3. Click the Edit icon () in the Actions column or click the partner name and then click Edit in the upper right corner. The Partner Details view opens.

  4. Make changes as needed. Required fields have an asterisk (*).

    Field Definitions
    Partner Name *
    The name of the company that's participating in the loyalty program. This can be the program owner or a coalition partner.
    Partner Type *
    The type of business the partner is in. Choices are:
    • Airline
    • Autorental
    • Bank
    • Credit Card
    • Cruiseline
    • Hotel
    • Lifestyle
    • Retail
    • Ticketing
    Code *
    The unique transaction code for the Partner that's present on transactions.
    Support Number *
    The telephone number for the partner's support team. This is a plain text field with no validation. 8005551212 is acceptable as is 1-800-555-2222.
    Support Email *
    The email address for the partner's support team. A properly formed email address must be provided.
    Timezone *
    The time zone in which the partner primarily operates.
    Program *
    The loyalty program in which the partner is participating. Programs are created in ReactorCX.
    Status *
    The participation status for the partner. Options are Active and Inactive.
    Hosting Partner
    Whether this partner owns and manages the loyalty program. Options are Yes and No.
  5. Click Save in the upper right corner.
