Publish an Integration

Publish an IntegrationΒΆ

To run an integration, you must first publish it. To edit a published integration, you must first unpublish the integration.

Tip

Validate the integration before you publish it. Refer to Create an Integration or Edit an Integration.

Note

If you schedule an integration to run before it's published, FeedXChange tries to run the integration as soon as possible after you publish it.

To publish an integration:

  1. Click Integrations in the left navigation pane. The Integrations view lists existing integrations.
  2. Find the integration you want to publish:
    • Search for the integration by its name or description.
    • Filter integrations by partner name, RCX process, template, or status.

  3. Click Publish in the Actions column or edit the integration and then click Publish.

    The publish icon in the actions column is highlighted.

  4. Click Yes in the Confirm Action dialog box.

  5. Click OK to acknowledge the process has started. The Integration list view shows the integration status.
    • The status is Publish Pending until FeedXChange finishes the process. It can take up to ten minutes to complete.
    • If the status changes to Publish Failed, mouse-over the status message to view the reason.

After publishing the integration, you can run it on demand.

If the integration was scheduled, FeedXChange runs it at the specified time.
