Troubleshoot Integration Run IssuesΒΆ
It's important to validate an integration configuration before you publish it. Doing so helps you identify potential problems before you try to publish or run the integration.
If validation succeeds but you get an error when you try to publish the integration, refer to Table 1 for possible fixes.
Table 1. Publishing errors and potential fixes
| Error | Possible fix |
|---|---|
| The job name is already in use. | Rename the integration and try publishing again. |
| The job publish failed due to a technical error. | Validate the integration and try publishing again. |
If the validation is successfully published but you get an error after it runs, refer to Table 2 for possible fixes.

| Error | Possible fix |
|---|---|
| File with same name already processed. | Rename the file, upload it, and try running the integration again. |
| No files found. | FeedXChange didn't find a file in the input path that matched the input file pattern. Upload a file matching the pattern and try running the integration again. |
| File validation failed. | Open the template used for the integration and submit a test file, then fix the problems found. |
