Introducing the Member Care PortalΒΆ
Member Care Portal (MCP) is part of the RCX platform and is designed to enable staff to provide loyalty services for a specific program. You use the MCP portal to look up members, answer questions regarding the details of loyalty accounts, and make adjustments to point balances, rewards, coupons, tier levels, and other loyalty services.
Note
The RCX Administration Console also enables you to view and manipulate members, however, that's intended for technical users and program rule administrators who require more complex functionality and introspection into the objects.
This documentation has four sections:
- Tutorials walk you through navigating MCP to help a fictional member.
- Explanations describe the purpose of each component and the concepts for their use.
- How-to Guides provide step-by-step instructions to manage loyalty members.
- References define each field and its limits, such as maximum length or value.
