About Activity History

The Activity History view shows loyalty accrual activity details resulting from a member’s recent purchase and non-purchase activities.

Note

This screen is customized for your loyalty program. Some buttons, sections, or fields might not be present or might have different labels. Your instance might have additional functions, sections, or fields not listed here.

Member activity is displayed in a list table. The fields in the table vary depending on the needs of the loyalty program. Clicking the activity record opens a panel with activity details. You can sort, filter, and download activity data.

The cancel icon () in the Actions column enables you to cancel an activity, such as in the case of an error or fraud.

Activity Details

Clicking an activity record opens a panel showing activity details.

Earn Details

Clicking Earn Details on the Activity Details pane opens the Activity Earn Detail dialog box displaying the earn rules for a transaction.
