About Aggregates¶

Aggregates provide the ability to track and aggregate metrics such as earnings, burns, transfers, and so on for the current member.

This screen is customized for your loyalty program. Some buttons, sections, or fields might not be present or might have different labels. Your instance might have additional functions, sections, or fields not listed here.

The Aggregates view shows aggregated data based on different qualification periods such as daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annually, and lifetime. Aggregates for different periods are automatically created. Unlike purses, when a daily aggregate is created for example, an aggregate metric for the day is automatically created.

You can select the aggregate name and type at the top of the screen to view the number of qualifying points (or other measure, such as fuel gallons) can be displayed for previous periods.

Aggregates Adjustment¶

For some programs, you can make adjustments to an aggregate from the Aggregates list view.
