About the Preview FlagΒΆ
The ReactorCX platform allows for certain members to preview offers before those offers are effective and visible to consumers. This enables field staff to experience the offers before customers can see them.
The offers that can be previewed this way must also have their Preview flag set within the Program Administration console.
Important
Use discretion when setting this flag. It's intended for use by your program administrators, not by loyalty members.
