The Rewards view shows you a history of a member's rewards and redemptions.

This screen is customized for your loyalty program. Some buttons, sections, or fields might not be present or might have different labels. Your instance might have additional functions, sections, or fields not listed here. For some programs, this view is called Redemptions.

Comparing Rewards and Offers

Rewards and offers use the same status types (Active, Redeemed, Expired, and so on), but their business purpose and rules differ.

Rewards:

  • are earned through loyalty actions (such as redeeming points or reaching milestones)
  • are stored in a member's wallet
  • are usable only for the specific number of times allocated to that award

Offers (Coupons):

  • are for marketing or promotional items targeted to members or segments
  • are valid as long as they're in the wallet
  • can be used multiple times until they expire

The Member Care Portal displays wallet rewards on the Rewards tab and displays wallet offers and global offers on the Coupons tab.
