About Segments¶

Segments provide a way to classify members and vary from program to program. Segments in rule definitions specify whether a member is eligible to be included in a rule.

Segment Examples

Members who purchase coffee every morning before 10 AM.

Members who stay three nights per month.

Members who rent a vehicle at least one day per month.

The Segments view shows the segments the current member belongs to.
