Get Started with Member Care Portal (MCP)¶

Log In to MCP¶

Your program administrator provides the address and login credentials specific to your account.

Search Members¶

The default home page for the MCP is the Member Search view.

When assisting a member, you'll first need to access their account. To find it, refer to Search Members.

Enroll a Member¶

If you can't find someone's membership account by searching, you can enroll them. Refer to Enroll a Member.
