Add Rewards¶

This screen is customized for your loyalty program. Some buttons, sections, or fields might not be present or might have different labels. Your instance might have additional functions, sections, or fields not listed here.

To add a reward to a member's wallet:

1. Click Rewards in the left navigation pane. The Rewards view opens.

2. Click Add Reward. The Add Rewards pane opens on the right.

3. Select or type values for each field. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

   Field Definitions

   Select Reward*

   The reward you want to add.

   Reason Code*

   The reason for the reward.

   Note

   The Reason Code must be in a list that's configured in RCX. If the code you type isn't listed, the reward isn't added.

   Sub Reason Code

   Provides more detail about the reward.

   * Required field

4. Click Submit.
