Adjust Aggregates

This screen is customized for your loyalty program. Some buttons, sections, or fields might not be present or might have different labels. Your instance might have additional functions, sections, or fields not listed here.

When you submit an Adjust Aggregate action in the Member Care Portal, MCP creates an activity of type Aggregate Adjustment. The aggregate isn't updated directly; that's done in RCX through a rule.

Before You Begin

Find the member you want to work with and view their account summary. Refer to Search Members.

To adjust an aggregate:

  1. Click Aggregates in the left navigation pane.
  2. Click Adjust Aggregate in the upper right corner. The Aggregate Adjustment panel slides open on the right.

  3. Select the required values.

    Field Definitions
    Aggregate Name *

    The name of the aggregate to adjust.

    Note

    For aggregates to appear in the Adjust Aggregate drop-down, they must meet all configured filters:

    • Must match the member’s loyalty program
    • Must not be expired
    • Must be currently active
    • Must have aggregateTypes defined in RCX
    Date/Time *
    The date and time the adjustment to apply to the adjustment.
    Enter Value *
    Type the numeric value for the adjustment.

  4. Click Submit.
