Adjust Tier StatusΒΆ
This screen is customized for your loyalty program. Some buttons, sections, or fields might not be present or might have different labels. Your instance might have additional functions, sections, or fields not listed here.
Before You Begin
Find the member you want to work with and view their account summary. Refer to Search Members.
To adjust tier status:
- Click Tier History in the left navigation pane. The Tier History view opens.
- If the program has multiple tiers, select a tier by clicking its toggle button.

Click Adjust Tier Status. The Adjust Tier Status panel slides open on the right.

Fill in the required fields.
Field Definitions
- Reason Code*
- The reason for the adjustment.
- Sub Reason Code*
- Provides more detail about the adjustment.
- Select Tiers*
- The tier to change to.

Click Submit.
