Edit MembersΒΆ

This screen is customized for your loyalty program. Some buttons, sections, or fields might not be present or might have different labels. Your instance might have additional functions, sections, or fields not listed here.

Before You Begin

Find the member you want to work with and view their account summary. Refer to Search Members.

To edit a member's account:

  1. Click the edit icon () in the Account Summary view. The Member Details Edit dialog box opens.

  2. Make changes as needed to the editable fields.

    Field Definitions
    First Name
    The member's first (given) name.
    Last Name
    The member's last name (surname).
    Email
    The member's email address.
    Phone Number
    The member's telephone number.
    Gender
    The member's gender. The values that appear here depend on the RCX configuration.
    Address
    The member's street or mailing address.
    City
    The member's city.
    State
    The member's state or province.
    Country
    The member's country.
    Zip Code
    The member's ZIP or postal code.
    Status
    The member's status within the program. For some programs, this is set using a Set Active or Set Inactive button.
    Can Preview
    Indicates whether the member can see offers before they're effective. This enables field staff to experience the offers before customers can see them.
  3. Click Submit.
