Enroll a MemberΒΆ

This screen is customized for your loyalty program. Some buttons, sections, or fields might not be present or might have different labels. Your instance might have additional functions, sections, or fields not listed here.

To enroll a member:

  1. On the Member Search view, click Enroll Member. The Member Enroll dialog box opens.

  2. Fill in the fields as needed.

    Field Definitions
    First Name
    The member's first (given) name.
    Last Name
    The member's last name (surname).
    Email
    The member's email address.
    Phone Number
    The member's telephone number.
    Gender
    The member's gender. The values that appear here depend on the RCX configuration.
    Address
    The member's street or mailing address.
    City
    The member's city.
    State
    The member's state or province.
    Country
    The member's country.
    Zip Code
    The member's ZIP or postal code.
    Enroll Date
    The date the member is enrolling in the loyalty program. The current date is entered by default.
    Member Type
    The member's membership type: Individual or Group. The default type is Individual.
    Status
    The member's status in the loyalty program: active or inactive.
    Program
    The loyalty program the member is enrolling in.
    Loyalty ID
    The member's unique loyalty ID. If the member has a loyalty card, enter the number for that card.
    Can Preview

    Indicates whether the member can see offers before they're effective. This enables field staff to experience the offers before customers can see them.

    Note

    The offers that can be previewed in this way must have their Preview flag set within the Program Administration console. Refer to Field Testing via Preview.

  3. Click Submit.
