Issue Coupons¶

This screen is customized for your loyalty program. Some buttons, sections, or fields might not be present or might have different labels. Your instance might have additional functions, sections, or fields not listed here.

To issue adjustment coupons:

1. Click Coupons in the left navigation pane.
2. Click Add Coupon in the upper right corner. The Add Coupon pane slides open on the right.
3. Select the coupon to add. Coupons are configured in RCX > Policies > Reward Policies. Refer to the Program Administration Guide.
4. Type a note to explain the reason for adding the coupon.
5. Click Submit.

To cancel an adjustment coupon, click Cancel in the Actions column for the coupon you want to cancel.
