    Note

The MCP returns exact matches. If you provide partial information, such as the first five digits of a loyalty ID, the MCP won't find a match. Because MCP is highly configurable, some instances might also support case-insensitive or prefix searches.

    • To sort the results, click the column heading to sort by.
    • To view all the text for a field that's too narrow to display it, click the text to open it in a pop-up.
    • If multiple member accounts are listed in the Search Results, use the Filter to narrow the list. The MCP filters out any member that doesn't have matching data, such as part of an email address or phone number.

      Note

The Filter field can filter only on fields displayed in the list view.

  3. To repeat a previous search, click the search term in Previous Searches.

  4. To view a member's account information, click the entry in the search results. The Account Summary view opens.
