Unmerge AccountsΒΆ
This screen is customized for your loyalty program. Some buttons, sections, or fields might not be present or might have different labels. Your instance might have additional functions, sections, or fields not listed here.
Before You Begin
Find the member you want to work with and view their account summary. Refer to Search Members.
To unmerge accounts:
- On the Account Summary view, click () Un-Merge Accounts in the upper right corner. The Unmerge Member dialog box opens.
- Click Unmerge. The accounts are then separated.
