Customer Information¶
- First Name
- The member's given name.
- Last Name
- The member's family name or surname.
- Gender
- The member's identified gender.
- Phone Number
- The primary contact telephone number associated with the member.
- Birthday (mm/dd)
- The month and day the member was born. The year isn't included.
- Member Country
- The country where the member is registered or resides.
- Device Id
- The identifier for the member's mobile device.
- Device Type
- The type of device the member uses for the program.
Account Information¶
- Loyalty ID Number
- A unique identifier assigned to the member within the loyalty program.
- Alt ID
- An optional secondary identifier for the member, if applicable.
- Enroll Date
- The date and time the member joined the loyalty program.
- Enrollment Source
- The source through which the member enrolled.
- Last Activity Date
- The most recent date the member engaged with the program (such as booking or earning points).
- Status
- The current standing of the member's account (Active or Inactive).
Additional Contact Information¶
- Primary Email Address
- The main email address used for member communications.
- Address
- The street address where the member resides.
- City, State, Zip Code
- The city, state, and postal code of the member's residence.
- Country
- The country associated with the member's mailing address.
Tier Status¶
- Tier Level (Elite Status)
- The member's current elite status level in the loyalty program.
- Previous Level (Elite Status)
- The member's prior elite status level before the current tier.
- Achieved On (Elite Status)
- The date the member attained their current elite status.
- Expires On (Elite Status)
- The date the current elite status expires.
Lifetime Status¶
- Tier Level (Lifetime Status)
- The member's lifetime tier level, indicating long-term loyalty recognition.
- Previous Level (Lifetime Status)
- The member's tier level before achieving lifetime status.
- Achieved On (Lifetime Status)
- The date the member earned their lifetime status.
- Expires On (Lifetime Status)
- The expiration date of the lifetime status (often set far in the future).
Purse Balances¶
- Purse Name
- The type of rewards or points the member holds.
- Total (Points)
- The total number of points currently in the member's account.
- Available (Points)
- The number of points available for redemption.
- Lifetime (Points)
- The total number of points earned over the member's lifetime.
- Total (Qualifying Nights)
- The total number of qualifying nights recorded in the member's account.
- Available (Qualifying Nights)
- The number of qualifying nights currently available or counted toward status.
- Lifetime (Qualifying Nights)
- The total number of qualifying nights accumulated over the member's lifetime.
Linked Members¶
- Loyalty ID Number
- The loyalty ID number of the linked member.
- First Name
- The given name of the linked member.
- Last Name
- The surname of the linked member.
