Member Search Details¶

This screen is customized for your loyalty program. Some buttons, sections, or fields might not be present or might have different labels. Your instance might have additional functions, sections, or fields not listed here.

Loyalty ID or Alt ID: A unique identifier for a member, which can be a primary loyalty ID or an alternative ID used for account lookup.
First Name: The member's given name used for identification and personalization. To search for a member using the first name, you must also provide the last name.
Last Name: The member's family name or surname. To search for a member using the last name, you must also provide the first name.
Birth Date: The member's date of birth, formatted as month/day/year.
Email or Email Address: The email address associated with the member's account, used for communication and notifications.
Phone number: The member's contact number, used for account verification or support.
City: The city where the member resides or is registered.
State: The state or province of the member's residence.
Zip Code: The postal code corresponding to the member's address.
