- Date
- The specific date when the tier change was recorded.
- Old Tier
- The member's previous status level before the change.
- New Tier
- The updated status level assigned to the member.
- Expiration Date
- The date on which the new tier status will expire.
- User
- The username of the individual who changed the tier.
- Reason
- The reason provided for the tier change.
- Sub Reason
- A more detailed or specific explanation for the tier change.
- Comment
- Additional notes or remarks related to the tier change.
