Getting Started with the Member Care Portal¶
This tutorial guides you through using the Member Care Portal (MCP) to assist members of a fictitious loyalty program called Acme Pet Loyalty Rewards.
Example
Acme Pet Shop created a loyalty program in RCX called Acme Pet Loyalty Rewards. A partnership agreement with PAWs Resorts enables program members who board their pets at the resort to earn points they can spend at Acme Pet Shop.
Logging In to MCP¶
Your customer success manager provides the address and login credentials specific to your program.
Navigating the Member Care Portal¶
The "home" screen for the MCP is the Member Search view, where you begin helping members by searching for their membership or enrolling them in the program.
You can reach the Member Search view from any screen by clicking its link in the upper left corner.
