Named ListsΒΆ

Named lists are used for grouping products or locations. They're like saved searches, such as all stores in California. When you search for a data set often, consider creating a named list for that search.

The following views support named lists:

  • Program Reward Policies
  • Program Promo Policies
  • Program Promo Code
  • Program Rules
  • Segments
  • Locations
  • Products
  • DMA (Designated Market Areas)
  • Enums

When you open a view that supports named lists, a drop-down at the top of the view enables you to apply the saved search to view all records that match the named list's search parameters.

The top of the Location view showing the named list drop-down next to a button with ellipses as its label.

The ellipses button displays the Named List dialog box, which shows the type and creation information for the selected named list or enables you to create a named list based on the applied search results.

Note

If no search is applied and None is selected in the drop-down, clicking the ellipses does nothing.
