About Products¶

Products are frequently tied directly to promotions within the loyalty program. For example, a gas and convenience implementation might give points for every purchase of a particular drink or snack. The products are identified at check-out and points are awarded based on the policies and rules.

You can add products individually, but it's more likely you'll import products already in your database by using the RCX API.
