Change Your Password

Your password is used throughout the RCX Platform. Your username and password allow you to sign in to the ReactorCX user interface, FeedXChange, and Member Care portal. Access to functionality within each application is controlled through roles and divisions.

To change your password:

  1. Sign in to ReactorCX. If you've forgotten your password, see Forgotten Password.
  2. Expand Settings in the navigation pane.
  3. Click My Account.
  4. Click Change Password. The User: username dialog box opens.

  5. Provide the following fields:

    Old Password
    Your current password.
    Password
    The new password you want to use. It must be at least six characters long.
    Repeat password
    The new password, repeated. It must match the value in the Password field.

  6. Click OK. You can now sign in using the new password.

Forgotten Password

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. On the ReactorCX sign-in screen, click Forgot password?. The Forgotten Password screen opens.
  2. Type your username, including any organization prefix, such as abc/myusername. If you've forgotten your username:
    1. Click Forgotten User ID.
    2. Type your email address.
    3. Click Send User ID.
    4. Check your email inbox. An email from info@reactorcx.com contains your username. If you don't see it, check your junk folder.
    5. Return to the Sign In screen and click Forgot password? again.
    6. On the Forgotten Password screen, type your username, including any organization prefix, such as abc/myusername.
  3. Click Reset Password.
  4. Check your email inbox. An email from info@reactorcx.com contains a link to reset your password. If you don't see it, check your junk folder.
  5. Click the link to open the Reset Password view.
  6. Type the New Password. It must be at least six characters long.
  7. Type the new password again in the Repeat New Password text box. It must match the New Password.
  8. Click Reset. You can now sign in using the new password.
