Change the Default DivisionΒΆ

When users sign in to ReactorCX, they also sign in to a division.

If someone belongs to more than one division, they can switch divisions to access entities that are governed by a different division.

Before You Begin

Expand Settings in the navigation pane.

To change your own division:

  1. Click My Account. The My Account view opens.
  2. Click Switch Division. The User: username dialog box opens.
  3. Select the Default Division you want to use.
  4. Click OK. Your username now reflects the selected division. Next time you sign into RCX, you'll use this division by default.

To change another user's default division:

  1. Click Users. The Users view opens.
  2. Find the user you want to work with. Refer to Advanced Search.
  3. Click the Edit icon () in the Actions column. The User dialog box opens.
  4. For the Default Division, select the division to use by default.
  5. Click OK. The next time this user signs in, the default division is used.
