Named List Details¶

The following fields are available on the Named Lists view. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

Name

The name of the named list.

Type

The type of named list. Options are Dynamic and Static. Dynamic lists are updated automatically when the data within the search result changes, such as when you add or delete a record that matches the search criteria. Static lists are fixed at the time the named list is created.

List Type

The reference data field where the named list was created.

Refreshed By

The username who last refreshed a named list.

Refresh Date

The date and time a named list was refreshed.

Count

The number of data records in the named list.
